Biogas Plants in Moldova — CHP Cogeneration and Wastewater Treatment
We transform organic waste into sustainable energy and water purification solutions
Complete Solutions for Renewable Energy
We design and implement automated biogas plants, designed down to the smallest details for long-lasting, reliable operation with minimal operating costs. In parallel, we develop water treatment stations for the agro-livestock sector, including treatment of livestock effluents, wastewater from slaughterhouses and meat processing plants, as well as from cheese factories.
Energy Production
We generate electrical and thermal energy by utilizing organic waste
Environmental Protection
CO2 emission reduction and sustainable waste management
Profitability
Long-term investment with guaranteed return

Modular Plants 50-199 kW
COMPACT modular biogas plants are built with power from 50 to 199 kW and were designed for small farms that decide to transform their business products and waste into electrical and thermal energy, thus into a profitable long-term investment.
Configurable Power
Systems from 50 to 199 kW, adapted to your needs
Complete Automation
Controlled by a centralized PLC with custom software
Modular System
Custom-made for each client, adapting to existing structures
From Biogas to Biomethane
Biogas is composed of methane and carbon dioxide and becomes biomethane only after the purification process. Biomethane replaces methane from fossil fuels and positions itself on the market as a new form of sustainable and multi-purpose energy.
Industrial Use
Replaces natural gas in industrial processes
Gas Grid
Direct injection into natural gas network
Cogeneration
Combined production of electrical and thermal energy
Heating
Heating system for residential and commercial buildings

Water Treatment Stations
We design and implement water treatment stations for the agro-livestock sector, including treatment of livestock effluents, wastewater from meat processing units and cheese factories. Biogas plants and treatment stations can be integrated to increase the energy sustainability of the entire complex.
Biological Treatment
Advanced systems with aerobic and anaerobic bacteria for organic matter decomposition
Physico-Chemical Treatment
Filtration, sedimentation and solids separation for efficient purification
Advanced Systems
Modern advanced oxidation and membrane ultrafiltration technologies
Biogas Plant FAQs
What is the minimum viable size of a biogas plant?
We work with COMPACT plants from 50 to 199 kW — the ideal range for small and medium farms in Moldova. Below 50 kW the investment is hard to recover; above 199 kW you enter industrial category with additional permits.
What organic input is used for biogas?
Manure (cattle, pig, poultry), livestock effluents, slaughterhouse waste, agricultural residues (silage maize, beet leaves). We select the optimal feedstock based on your farm structure.
Can I sell the electricity produced from biogas?
In Moldova, biogas electricity can be sold to the grid or used internally. We help with documentation and grid connection for CHP cogeneration.
Can wastewater treatment be integrated with the biogas plant?
Yes. We can combine biogas with effluent treatment from slaughterhouses, dairy plants or farms. The integrated solution reduces environmental costs and produces energy in parallel.
